Sceloporus orcutti 14:55 1 ad. Sceloporus occidentalis 1520 1 " " I left the area at 1525. By then the air temp.(30°) was 21.0°C. Mar. 13 This morning I walked over the east portion of the campus looking for reptiles. I began at 10:30, at which time weather conditions were as follows: air temp (30°)-21.8°C. (1cm) -25.4°C. soil-44.4°C. O overcast, 0-3 mph breeze from N. During the morning I captured 10 Sceloporus occidentalis & 1 Uta stansburiana. When I quit at 1235, the air temp (30°) was 24.2°, (1cm)-30.0°; soil - 50+°. 2 mi. N.W. of Sunnymead, Riverside Co., Calif. This afternoon Walt Mobley & I went to the east side of Box Springs Mts. We arrived at 13:50, at which time the weather conditions were as follows: air temp (30°)-24.8°C. (1cm)-29.5°C. soil-42.0°C. O overcast, 3-5 mph breeze from NW. We saw 3 Crotalus ruber during the afternoon,
