482 Torrington Rosewallips River May 3, 1934 Road goes approx. 14 miles up the canyon. Vegetation is similar to west side, except for practically no huckleberry and with a preponderance of Odostemon, Cornus (Flowering Dogwood), Rhododendron, madrone, salal and thimbleberry. At the end of the road, elk & deer sign are common. Plants showing most browsing are: salal, Odostemon, vine maple and Cornus. Over-grazing is not apparent.
