350. My first impression is that this region is lost to game. The valley is fertile and will be cultivated. The range around it is so denuded that I don't think it suitable for antelope in its present condition. It does not seem that anything much can be done for wildlife at the moment as long as the grazing is continued. The Mt. Sheep & sheep of the canyon are of course excepted.) They will probably benefit as well as what other life is in the Canyon. And it may be possible to re-introduce antelope in the valley portion between (south of) Kent's place to the river, if so, it would perhaps provide a great attraction.
