Simpson Yellowstone Loop 262. June 22, 1932. Today I drove around the loop with Mr. Roahan, Federal Game Protector for Montanas Wyoming. He omitted the Lower Falls portion & returned from gamp to Norris. Roahan fished in Sagar Lake for about an hour & caught his 10 fine Cutthroats. The fish were in good condition. The lake has been opened since June 20, after being closed for at least 3 years. He saw 2 black bears at Norris, 2 at Lake or one adult with 3 black cubs on the Old Faithful - Thumb road. This last family looked exactly like the family of 3 black cubs seen at Obsidian Cliff on June 10th, however it hardly seems probable that this is the same family.
