Thompson 64 From Yakima Park to Carbon River at End of Carbon Glacier. Oct. 5, 1930 G.M.V. A.B.H.T. Fox tracks were seen all around the Frozen Lakes Region & all along the trail, at intervals from Frozen Lake to Mystic Lake. Coysote tracks were encountered in two places a few miles apart within this same region. Deer tracks were seen in a few places near Mystic Lake. No Mt. goat nor goat tracks were seen anywhere along the trail, although much of the trail lay above timber line. One house flushed. Siskins flocking nervously at timberline as if preparing to migrate.
