Nov. 27, 1931
A Barn Owl was seen on the roadway
just inside the Ahwahnee Garden at 9:30 P.M.
Charlie Michael said he had never seen nor
heard of one in the valley. It sat in the road
in the headlights for a few seconds after we
stopped, then flew into the dark.
