Zion Natl Park
June 2, 1931. Interviews with Woodbury & Cope (Bryce ranger).
Woodbury feels as we do that the regulation of grazing on the head-
waters of the Virgin is the outstanding
problem of Zion Park. He is not
worried about the few deer killed
just south of the park, each
fall.
Cope said that he thought
8 Mountain Lions were killed by
a government trapper in Zion
last year - he thought at the
instigation of the sheep interests.
