Zion Nat'l Park
May 27, 1931.
Drove alone up the tunnel
road and out to the first road
turning off to the left. Followed
this about 4 miles out into juniper
scrub oak pinon service berry
and sage brush country. Passed

grazed by sheep. But there is
sufficient browse for deer. The
vegetation was of the same
distribution as far north as I
could see, which was about 5
miles.
