While tide flows strong in and the water is deepening no oil is to be seen but directly the flood point is reached & the current checks oil appears in long streaks on the surface of the river just in front of camp. This to me suggests that the seepage is under with a close to us, the oil will be carried out tonight before it reaches the surface when rising up-hill current is running.
