In consid sun bel-- p.s.p undertake to convey 200 cubic yards of "sandy loan" for old lot road - and spread same at

1. Provide permits -
2. Work subject to main lining contract -
3. Smooth finish - edges not to net soil.
4. Responsibility for injury to soil pipes, water tank, septic system shall rest with p.s.p.
5. The grade of road left level.
In in consid I satisfy for the sum of $150 shall be paid -- Subject to further provision while follows:
1. Approval. non approval work corrected
cost of. water tank
2. Any injury to sewage system, tree or shrub -
shall be deducted from the said $ 150
3. Work shall be completed by may 26th,
If contract incomplete or that half whole contract
shall be void nor shall any claim be
preferable for a portion of work done
