It is apparently small and rather yellowish green; rather similar to flavifrons of the New Hebrides. Habitat.- There are three species of Zosterops on Lifu and there are probably some differences between them in regard to food, social behavior (flocking), habitat, etc. Try to find out, what you can. Collecting.- This species is very rare in collections. Get as many as you can. Native name.- Watchu mandra (Lifu), Washosao (Maré). WASS-SHO-SHO. 2 specs.
