1115. Well, There are 3 birds just like there are supposed to be,
plus, I sure can't find any sign of a nest. I pretty
much believe there isn't one at this point.
16 June
1500. A fair number of acorns remain here.
1 July
1430. Hung out here for 1/2 hr or so, but the place was
completely dead. Didn't even see the birds over past
far Tortuga. Certainly no sign of a nest.
30 August
1100. Bird flushed from the traditional hole in the granary,
but it's empty. Otherwise there are still some stores left there
in the granary but no sign of a nest.
