The new snag, in contrast, is pretty full, and they even have a few acorns stored in nearby dead parts of other trees. Last seen 27 April, Gone by 15 June -> DA 21 May ±3 wks 01527. " " 30 Sept, Gone by 9 Oct -> DA 4 October. 2 April 1145.! Maingramany ("New" snag) has fallen and is now empty and on the ground! No other stores to be seen! 7 April 1610. ♀ M/red-? #1749 (probably) seen here. Otherwise quiet. 31 May 815. Watching from blind. 842. ♀ LB(red) #1371. ♂ DB-wh(n)(red) #699 sapsucking. 915. ♂ wh-blu/ Loran #1527 (white & Lorean seen well). 923. Better look: ♂ M/(N) #1527 (or maybe even DB-wh-red on LL). fall (see 27 Jan). 1000. No obvious sign of a nest anywhere. But there are birds here. If they don't have a nest already they could still very well start one sooner rather than later. 10 June 915. Watching. 945. Birds apparently sapsucking across the fenceline.
