Melanerpes formicivorus
Westgate 1470 HNHR
7 January 1245. Counted stores: [illegible]. Tree is quite replete; I'd put capacity at about 1750.
4 March *Group Update*
Amy reports that 991571 and 1688 continue to hang out here and at Gate. In the meantime, 91886 and 91742 last seen 8 Dec, gone by 9 Jan.

29 April 1030. Checked the old nest holes (inc. last year's, where they've been the last couple days): empty. Could be egg-tossing, of course.
1 May Morne reports a ♀ who could only be 91415 from Cazebo here (looking into holes, mounting, etc.) along with at least 1 of the ♂♂ that belongs here. What is going on?
3 May 620. Watchling. Should be close to laying here.

700. (♀) M/R-b ?? Possibly a ♀NOBA here?
707. ♂♂ 9M/R-B #1415. Birds are going, at least, to all 3 known good holes.
[illegible] 715. ♂(?) LB/M ?? Legs probably mixed up.
736. 91415 (?) went into high hole and took out a bill full of wood chips.
740. 2 more trips. Also - I think there is a ♀NOBA here... Light is still bad here, however.
750. ♂ (♀) M #1582. There is also a 3rd ♀ here: 9DB/- ?? → 91473?? (not confirmed)
815. ♀ BIK/light- working on the new hole.
830. I can't be sure, since the light is only now improving and only 91415 is here dependably, but I think that 2-3 of the Cazebo ♀♀
