Bingo! 3 eggs, fresh but all somewhat dirty - apparently none laid today. 1 May 830. Now 4 eggs in the hole! They weren't done after all. 9 May 1020. 2 eggs, opaque, plus 2 hatchlings in the hole. Set up an ambush. 1730. Still 2 eggs, 26 days: Blue, left: 6.0 g Blue, Right: 5.4 g 25 May 1100. Set up to try for the ♀. 1230. No luck. Giving up, for now at least. 26 May 805. Trying again. 1015. Got her finally! 1030. While waiting, I weighed the kits: 70.8 (46); 78.7 (47), Pretty healthy! 28 May 915. Back to try for the receptance. 1130. ♂ 1862 feeding, but no ♀ as yet. 1300. That's it. I give up. No ♀.
