710. #1533 enters.
805. #1533 leaves. Checking hole.
810. Still 7 eggs! Looks (like they may be finished!) Leaving.
1900. Still 7 eggs. Could be the end. One more day
to be sure.
2 May 620. Watching.
655. ♂ looking out of hole...
730. Nothing happening (?) Going to check hole.
735. No ♂ in hole looking out; #1533 I believe.
741. Yes - #1533 leaves; ♂ replaces her. Now going to check.
750. Still 7 eggs; checked.
9 May 1000. 6 eggs remaining - the runt (#1) is gone. All others
look opaque and ready to hatch. Set up an ambush.
1720. Still 6 eggs. Not hatched yet.
10 May Stamback checked nest for me today: eggs 2-4 had hatched by
800! They were indistinguishable, but marked. Only egg
#5 hatched by PM.
11 May 700. Egg #6 had hatched! Egg 7 pipping. See back.
12 May 1430. All 6 babies OK! See back.
14 May 1500. All 6 still going strong!
19 May 1935. ♂1613 [♂ or ?] sparated roosted by himself in
the nest tonight.
25 May 1945. ♂1613 roosted in the nest once again tonight.
2 June 1400. Banded and bled the 6 babies here (all survived; note that
this is a supplemented group, however). One Lewis' Waker here too.
1 July 1450. Plenty of stores here (mostly, but not entirely, stored dog food!)
