Blood patch will show "down" feathers scattered (but no new pins). 1786 ♂ ____ ____ T = 1x.5 mm - Heavy fat 29.2 g no molt ; blood patch still clear with no new feathers. Both adults above in very worn body, tail and wing plumage 1787 ♂ Imm _____ _____ - Tests <1mm - light fat - 21.3g no external molt visible but major ventral dorsal feather tracts evidently starting - since pins seen along entire length from inside. 1788 ♂ Imm ____ ____ T = 1mm - very light fat 18.2 g no external molt (except 2-3 cases) adventitious replace- ment); however, dorsel trail on inside showing some indication of starting moct 1789 ♂ Imm ____ ____ Tests <1mm - very light fat 22.4 g no external molt but (dorsal feather tracts with 'pins in the cervical + abdominal regions. 1790 ♂ Imm ____ ____ na <1mm - very light fat 21.6 g no molt w 1791 ♂ Ad Eumetes Mauri - T = 1x.5mm - moderate fat- 30.6 g no molt! Blood patch still cordure but now covered by surface block pea feathers
