Brood patch well developed 6 July Barrow, Alaska 1617 ♀ - ov to 1mm (very small) - very light fat 63.1 primaries 1->5 = F; #6 = D, #7 - ⅓ C - on dust apparently refuering - brood patch well dev. -watched her near EIS m legon - a ridge / low - cent polygon + a pond edge morn new fishing not saved 7 July Barrow, Alaska w 1618 ♂ Erolia melanotos T = 9 x 4mm - very light fat - 91.6 scapulars starting molt (0->A) - no other body molt no brood patch - throat still fatty + visculum... Not yet baggy w 1619 ♀ - ov to 6mm - 4 cell fullen - 62.4, - no molt, brood patch well developed - moderate fat #1618-1619 were killed with a float. The NWT slopes of B.R. NE 1 mag. stat. -freeding records 5 1620 ♀ Erolia algerica - ov to 2mm - light fat - 68.8g primaries 1->4 = F; d 5 = 4½ C; #6= ½ C, #7 = m secondary #'s missing - brood patch well dev. #1620 + JPIT-304 - collected No. B.R. - NE 1 mag. stat. - in area of polygon pond. # were needed feeding for long parental fame.
