April 23 Busebird Audubon's Warbler (Car) Rock Wren Black-Necked Grosbeak Canyon Wren Lazuli Bunting Benice Wren Rufous-sided Towhee House Wren Chipping Sparrow Desert Gray Catatcuh Black-chinned Sparrow W Bluebird Jack Sparrows American Robin Sage Sparrow Warbler Song Sparrow Warbling Vireo White-Crowned Sparrow Brown-Headed Cowbird Orange-Crowned Warbler Blue Jay Yellow Warbler Lean Birdpeice Travel Day April 24 After leaving Day Canyon I returned to Interstate 15 and proceeded E. through Arizona, New Mexico and into Texas until I broke down in Fort Stockton at 21:30. I was unable to find the fuel filter I needed at that hour, so I spent the night in a motel. The shower felt good! April 25 I bought the fuel filter from an auto parts store at 08:30 and was up ad running well by 08:50. From Fort Stockton I took U.S. Hwy 285 to Sanbon (where a called security car across the road in front of me), where I turned E on U.S. Hwy 90 to Del Rio, where I picked up U.S. Hwy 277. I traveled this Highway through Eagle Pass to Gonzaga's Carriga Springs, where I took U.S. Hwy 83. Then I turned E. on Texas State Hwy 44 to Alice, Texas, then turning S. on US 281.
