June 25 I record the headquarters of the Dorritte Ranch from Las Vegas via State Route 25, going north to the Waterous exit at New Mexico State Highway 87. The residence at the headquarters is a registered national historic landmark. The proprietors of the ranch so readily gave us two run of the property as to astonish me! What a wonderful contrast to my recent luck in Union County.
