spanned the entire breadth of the stream channel. I
concentrated with setting and operation of the stream
channel at an area of large trees, surface flow and a

Goldfinches were not abundant, but neither were they scarce.
Weather was glorious. The morning was clear, ~50°-75°F,
almost windless. The afternoon saw a few scattered clouds,
light SW winds, the temperature falling by dusk to 60°F.
