1000. Banded the 4 babies (#1855-8) for good measure.
9 June 1520. Measured & banded the 3 remaining babies, who were
filthy (the whole bottom of the hole is a mess) but fine
otherwise; #1858 got reduced.

15 July Well'. Susanne saw ♂ M/DG-284 #1083 yesterday up here so
I guess he's here also! Presumably he was here all
the time?
17 September 1615. There are a few acorns still in the granary here, but they
could all be new. If they didn't run out this summer they must
have come very close to it.
