1020. Lots of stored acorns still here. Although I didn't feel
like counting, a rough guess is that They have 2500-3000
acorns left and that capacity here (not including the tree
1/2-way up to Arnold Schwartz) is on the order of 4000.
5000 (including The burned Live Oak).

11 January
1100. Counted stores here: Main tree: 2723 }
Burned LO: 545 } 3770
Misc branches: 502 )
This includes several small branches in the storage area near
the fence but not the limbs 1/2-way up toward Arnold Schwarz,
which are empty in any case. I'd put capacity here, (minus that
upper tree) at around 4500.
(which is probably Arnold Schwatzenegger's)

1645. Birds in last year's nest hole in dead live oak. It's very cool
this evening, so this may not mean much, but I'd check.
3 May
1130. Watching for a few minutes, birds - very possibly mate-guarding;
