Bird in one of the old holes in the blue cale: 8 eggs, incubated! 11 June 1400. 6 babies, young, plus 2 unhatched (infertile) eggs. Weights: ① 12.8 g ② 11.0 q ③ 8.6 q ④ 5.2 q ⑤ 6.4 q ⑥ 4.4 q Not more than 2 do. 16 June 1400. 4 babies left, with 1 very nearly gone, so much so that I don't think I can even get blood from it so I didn't try. 2 July 1500. Banded the 3 babies here, and set up for a nocturnal ambush of the 3. 3 July 400. 8 not home. However, There were 3 birds roosting in the lower hole, of whom I got 2: 991793 1794. Better than nothing, at least.
