17 Dec. contd. finished, caught 1 Saccophryx & 1 Epksicus .
Caught 1 Noetillio in the downstream net. I
watched him hit the net force, boncing
off & then strafing the water. On the third
time, I was there quickly enough to thorow
some bag over him. Activity decreased

the Pemex w/ real food. Left r 10:15 headed
for Tonalá. Picked up an anteater 10.2 Km NW
Pijjapan DOR in scruffy looking thorn-scrub/agriculture.
Also saw 2 DOR foxes + 1 DOR Spilogale . Arrived
Tonalá at 12 & got a room at the Motel
"Thomas" for $160 - with 3 beds. Picked some animals
and discovered the anteater to be pregnant, so
fixed the fetus. Madam anteater was badly hit
but still fresh, so took tissues - no skull possible
but will photograph the color pattern. To bed by 1.
