D.O. Straney 1976 36. 26 Nov. # to be very cold and windy, we decided to get a motel in Banning for the nite and have a shower. Ate at* the San Gorgonio Inn - price reflects bromance, but the food is good. We had planned to stay S of Cabazon at a place Sam Sweet told us of : white water canyon I-10 Cabazon rest stop # #//# 2 mi to mtm washed wash Palm Springs San Jacinto mount X Rd X this is perhaps the best herping place in Calif., as it is the N most pt for many Southern animals, stopped by the San Gorgonio pass. Would have been nice, but the weather wasn't right. 27 Nov. up at 6:40m just as it was getting light. Grabbed some quick breakfast than out. The wind was extremely strong and as we climbed up into the into it became litter cold. Checked our traps :
