515. A net set up at an old nest hole (pre) dawn got 2
birds (at least one escaped): 81206 again!!! (who is
this bird? and what does he want?) and 81084, one
of the sons who has now inherited, and will have to
do for a temporary 8 removal.

1107. Flushed a bird from one of the new holes: could be it.
1445. Opened the hole: 8 eggs, incubated!
12 May
1620. After a full morning of incubation watches here we
fulfilled the climax of the 2nd temporary 8 removal of
the year with the release of 81084. Immediately following
I checked the hole, where there are still 8 eggs, and began
our nonstop vigil.
