in granfield. Measured
12 inches across and
depression 4 inches deep.

A peculiar nest - composed
almost entirely of long dead
straw and tough weed stems,
with a very few small sticks
in the make up. Eggs three -
incubation fresh. Det con-
tained one very bright egg -
I took asch-14 from a
nest in sarnette Apr 11/98.
Collected at 8 am
After breakfast - I
took horse and went
through Ward hills for
several hours. Hark
extremely abundant.
