391 eggs - nest practically same as last but rather more loose, with an old lining... 40 ft up. Magpies were quite numerous, and sets were hardly complete. I took a set of 7 fresh eggs (one very large) from a nest 60 ft up in top of live oak which also held an eagles nest. Magpie nest round 12 ft. across. Depression deep and lined with roots. Another set of 5 (incomplete was taken & broken). Climbed to eagles nest but none were in use.
