STANDARD FORM NO. 64 Office Memorandum • UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO : Dr. B. G. Schubert DATE: March 6, 1953 FROM : Dr. E. C. Horning SUBJECT: Summary of Plant Materials The enclosed summary covers our first 100 plant samples. It is still incomplete in the sense that we have not completed all of the testing, but I thought we should have an interim or progress report. When the pharmacological reports are complete, we will add a second section to summarize the types of activity found in these materials. Thanks for the list of poisonous plants. I hope to send you a note about them next week. RECEIVED MAR 10 1953 U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE PLANT EXPLORATION AND INTRODUCTION ANSWERED
