I, 184, - as the two specimens above. in paucis jabulops provincia Rancagua Chili Herb. Bert. no. 426 [Herb. Al de Burge] same as above. M. pinnatifila. Prov. de Coquimbo, M. C. Day 1839, no. 332. [2065' m.] Type Stem gyrose, branched from base & above, 3-5 dm. high; whitish tomentose, the tomentum thi & easily rubbed off. her. def. pinnate, the basal with a broader (3-4 mm) rachis than the caulia. lvs pectinate; densely pubescent with whitish tomentum; inflo. gyrato 0.5-1.5 dm. long; pedicles arising at bend ♂♀, glabrous 3-5 mm. long; silicques nearly orbicular, wing less than 1 mm., ridges over seed and sinder present, style 1-1.5 mm. long. 3 sheets of same no. present at Paris
