Levis very dense, covering a thick stem, tufted; oblong 4-7 mm. long, 1-2 mm wide; pubescent with simple hairs ca 0.5 mm. long ciliate (including infld) stems 3-4 cm., trichomes spreading, simple + forked; pedicels covered with forked or branched trich, divergently ascending 8-10 mm.; sepals with trich similar to pedicels; broadly ovate, flelttened parallel to septum, glabrous, style ca. 1 mm. capsule lus. absent Aigopsis oligosperma (Hask) B * andina R. Mto. [= Draba] caudex branched, lvs numerous, all basal, linear, pub. with branched (fairly stout) trich; stems 2-3 cm including infructs pub.; pedicels divercate, rather stout, pub. 2-4 mm.; siliques oval, flelttened parallel to septum, pubescent with appressed 2-3 pointed trichooses, style 0.5 mm, slender, stigmas unexpanded.
