Took a sample of 25 acorns from the Valley Oak.

905. Watching. Intruder: ? LP/LB or LP/Red-LB
(seen well; only
here for a second). I suppose this was actually #654 (not an intruder)
at all
915. 0♂LP/m #654 w/acorn. They appear to still be harvesting
Live Oak acorns from nearby! Yes! Definitely Live Oaks.
920. ②♀w/A #710. These 2 birds are storing like crazy!
③,DB-W(u)/DB#794. ④♀DB/LP-LB#265.
1018. A real intruder: ③ Red/BLK-wm #790 from Gate
1045. No sign of #368 or #3792 - only the above 4 birds,
#654, #710, and #265 regularly, #794 only once briefly.

1100. Checked nest: 2 babies, both well but 1 distinctly larger than
the other, and 2 unhatched/undeveloped eggs, both removed by me.
11 June
1100. They appear to be at least functionally out of acorns
here: ② stores.
