7 September The season is on! There are 2 birds in the locust behind
the Lower Barn with fresh Live Oak acorns in their bills.
30 September 800. 8669 up on knoll investigating the pies.
30 December 700. Ambushed here at a hole in a stub high (~55') up
in the large Sycamore at the Y nabbing the unbanded
♀ (apparently the ♂ roosted elsewhere). She is now
#848.
