5 April 1900. 3 birds roosted tonight in a hole in the central storage area.
6 April Set an ambush here tonight.
7 April Only 1 of the 3 birds roosted in the hole - the other 2 went in the other hole in the tree. But he was 8717 and I got him and put him in the aviary as group #2 in my temporary & removal experiments.
1500. Philip checked and saw the pair here, so we're all set.
8 April 8719 was dead in the aviary today, so everything is off.
21 April *** Group update ***

9 May 1700. Bird in the hole again. It is the nest.
11 May 1630. Opened the hole: Seger marked.
