Checked hole: 4 eggs (2 from yesterday, 2 new). 800. Watching. 820. Leaving. Seems unlikely anything further will happen unless 8787 gets busy all of a sudden. 20 April 605. Watching. A shell fragment underneath the nest almost prompts me to go up, but I'll wait until someone lays. 700. 8793 in hole for only 1 min. Oops. Must be wrong. 8770 in how; 8793 must still be inside. 715. [8793 left]. Checked nest: empty! Fooled again!!. That egg fragment probably meant something after all! 830. 8785 in for a minute; 8771 then inside for 3 min. 836. 8787 here, but not at the nest hole. 900. Going to check the hole before leaving. 21 April 610. Watching from good blind. 745. 8793 in hole for 10 min, but was looking out most of it. 830. Only sporatic activity at the hole.
