17 NOVEMBER 64. Equipment was set up about 30 minutes after sunrise. The ship was slowed specifically for this purpose and for a period of one hour was held in the water to allow coverage of the jays & black fated albatross. Some reasonable shots were made of these two birds and it was felt that more could be obtained in the following period of time it would take the ship to maneuver into the harbor. the Camera was not put into storage until the harbor lounge had been passed. (in hopes of securing Brown Booby shots.) one individual mark recorded however very briefly, on anticipation of flight. So ended photographic proceedings November 1964.
