Diomedea nigripes--FNO435. Captured by Bob Fleet with a hand line from YAG 39 at 1775. ♀ - ovary 30/ 1¼ mm; 1. ova - 15 mm. weight 6 lbs. (about 2100 gms). data by Bratley skin by Ely. Heavy fat.
Soft parts colors - iris dark brown; legs black; bill light brown, black at base and hooks grayish black. Gape pink in middle, blue at edges and toward throat.
Molt - fresh plumage.

Diomedea nigripes FNO434. Captured by Bob Fleet with a hand line from YAG 39 at 1600. ♂ testes 26 X 17 mm. weight 7 lbs (about 3200 gm.) heavy fat. data and skin by Bratley.
Soft part colors - iris dark brown; legs black; bill light brown, black at base and hooks gray black. gape pink in middle, blue at edges and toward throat.
Molt - fresh plumage.

Day was warm with very little wind - from partly cloudy to clear with deep swells but almost no waves.
