Rio San Miguel, 13°25' N Dept. San Miguel Feb., 9, 1926 - Feb., 21, 1926 Potos - Cat Leon ; Cat de la Noche This was supposedly a common species in this locality. However I succeeded in taking only one specimen, No. 11169. It was found in the same tree with Anteater, No. 11168 by one of my boys who shot the Anteater and came back nearly two miles to camp and told me that there was another Potos Ligeros in the tree but that he thought I wanted only one. We returned and found this Potos and he said it hadn't moved. It was in a tree full of vines in a dry pasture jungle.
