10/31/1982 P2 October 31, 1982 - 2241 PE related Concerns three personnel documents concerning Blue-Tailor's official training contract. Samuel Hill was again a problem. He left into our Robert Brown to decide a middle way and got Plaintiff off his territory. No legal action came up but all of the people to do that said not to push it right away. I think he was still a bad kid. Two men from Ramsey School did help him manage please, and we sat down with him to clarify the problem regarding his behavior at school.
