Stores: oh yes. 1 May Bluebirds nesting in the old hole in the outer Vally Oak (#5354?) 12 May 1345. Checked last year's hole (#903): 4 eggs +1 runt egg (5 total); incubated. ① 23.8×19.9 ② 24.6×19.4 ③ 24.0×18.7 ④ 23.5×19.3 ⑤ 17.8×14.2. Stores left here? Yes. 17 May 1215. Not hatched yet, but 3 eggs look ready (and I could hear a chick peeping from 1 of them). Egg #2 not developing. Hatched ~98 May. Band ~8 June. 24 May 1015. As expected - 3 babies, ~5 do, + 2 unhatched eggs (1 the runt). Band ~9 June. 7 June 1300. Banded & bled the 3 kids here. Stores? Yes indeed. 2007 6 May 1045. Bird in hole #903: 6 eggs (fresh), 1 a runt: ① 25.5×17.6 ② 24.9×18.8 ③ 23.3×19.1 ④ 24.1×19.1 ⑤ 23.5×20.0 ⑥ 17.7×15.0. This tree is now tagged #3255. 4 June 1500.
