Ambushed 2 holes, getting a total of 8 birds, including a AO^NOBA and a j NOBA - apparently I missed a 2nd nest here also??! 2006 4 May Good number of stores still here. 8 June 1430. Bird in the recently-used hole in the granary, at last. 9 June 1030. Checked the hole (tagged #5812): 4 eggs, incubated: ① 23.4 × 19.2 ② 23.8 × 19.9 ③ 24.1 × 20.1 ④ 23.7 × 19.3. Could watch soon ~ say ~ 12 June. 15 June 1230. 2 babies, ~2 to, + 1 unhatched egg. Band ~ 4 July. Still plenty of stores here. 2 July 930. Banded & bled the 2 kids here. 2007 26 April 1200. Bird in the old old hole in the traditional tree. Needs to be reopened! lots of stores. 1330. Opened the hole: in good shape but empty 3 May 715. Bird in hole; now tagged #387. This is an old hole used a lot back in the 1990s (for several yrs) 4 eggs: ① 24.2 × 20.5 ② 20.3 × 20.7 ③ 20.6 × 20.6 ④ 24.1 × 19.9. easiest! 13 May 1500. Now 5 eggs! The prior 4 plus ⑤ 23.7 × 19.8 Should hatch 15 May. LED 5 May.
