Countless other birds were seen which we hope to get in due time and for which nothing definite was observed today.
We heard some sort of poor will calling often at dusk but at some distance.
In the river bottom I noticed some land crabs and many long striped caterpillars. There are also crayfish here as we had some for dinner.
The people here are very nice to us and sometimes a late breakfast after we have come in from hunting. Conditions are therefore about ideal.
