100 ashou and shot one of the small brown Geocithine. It was hopping on the ground in the dwarf brush and flushed to a tall tree. The stomach content was entirely grasshoppers. Most of the fun or my part was taken up with 7 sets of jacunas, gobis, francs and gallinuls. The Embryos jacanas have movements flat. The ankle joint at the base of the toes seems to be the largest hardest part to get thru the drill hole. (I mean tho other day had a feathered touge as in wolmety) Aug 2 Sun. The woods back from the marsh was our objective today - reached halfway of the canal running back to the other lagoon. The woods here are free of brush and covered only with sparse country grass. The whole woods is like an open park. Many Irogans were everywhere in the woods. We saw several of the gartered Irogans.
