He came out several of the large woodpeckers - the white-billed picolated which we have called Before Taxybill - and the red Gabeanaus trogan. He got one of two powerful birds. The old male was near about but not obtained. The note of this Trogan is much harsher and more suggestive of a Jay. I have heard it several times but never located it.
