Yellow Sun Vireo, Myrceia Flycatcher and a little Chestnut headed Warbler - Basileuterus pelatri were the main things in the jungle.
"Van" got one of the large woodpeckers - streaked length way.
We saw a sort of blue tanager with white in the wings but were unable to get it.
Jay got a Cin Quehos - Squirrel Quohos.
With Dad the jungle was quite different. He came out several of the large woodpeckers - the white-billed picolated which we have called Before Taxybill - and the red Gabeanaus trogan. He got one of two powerful birds. The old male was near about but not obtained. The note of this Trogan is much harsher and more suggestive of a Jay. I have heard it several times but never located it.
Dad also got a small Black-capped male quetzalli of some sort. There are several
