75 I shot a pair of the Whistling Towhee in the same time. They show every signs of the length of breeding. Also got some fine Green Jays and interesting Jiremel with green tinged feathers. Today I heard a West not not what was like a Zuna Dove and got a glimpse of the bird which looked remarkably small. There may be another small species of them that are still have not gotten. On the way home I saw a pair of Redeye much smaller in size than the common large bird. By the way there are many of the Core ones not cooing more than at first. Scotched at the 1st bird nest of July 10 and found 8 eggs when there was one on the 15th years she must be thru with the set. About 6:30 P.M. we saw a dense flock of the Big Swift flying
