61 mests with 2 eggs. The bird persisted in staying over the bush but the identity was sure, we have several speamms. The ground Doves nest had been disturbed and the eggs gone. The birds were still about. The Pigeon still had only one egg. She was very wild when off the nest. I found a second yellowthroat nest with 10 set fresh. The eggs in this set are very lightly marked. The nest and location was much as the other. Near home I found a Seed Eater's nest with one egg, and also a Blue Jay's nest with young. There is still some small bird out in the fields that we have not gotten. Also the male goldfinches live' have not shot at yet. I got an interesting young Crank Sparrow which showed the same traits as young White Doves. It has the brown instead of white crown and a general yellowish color.
