Transcription
5.54.7 up until 5.54.1 is composed of fine grained non amygdaloidal trap
overlying very dark blue exceedingly
baked shale. The latter strikes N.20° W.
and dips N.E. about 30°. In the south-west
corner of the core in N.E. 5.54.7 this
underlying shale strikes N.25°W.
