Fair number of stores left here. 5 May 1100. Bird in new hole in the Old Valley Dale! Opened it (tag #1146). 3 eggs. 1 with a small dent that's not developing; others incubated. (EHD 9 May). ① 27.5 x 18.8 (w/dent) ② 29.0 x 18.6. 1 June Banded + bled the 2 kids here. Stores: Yes- 27 June I'd say they're pretty well out of stores by now, 2001 18 April 1530. Bird in hole (tag #1146) 1615. 4 eggs, incubated. ① 28.2 x 18.7 27 April 1000. 4 babies, ~5 do. Band ~ 15 May. 11 May 1830. Banded the 4 kits (3390-3393). 8 June Bird in old nest hole on other side of canyon up a bit toward LA2. 13 June 1615. Checked the old hole: empty but in nice shape. 19 June 1300. Bird (adult) in 1st nest hole. 1415. Checked hole: 3 babies + 1 egg that died while hatching (it measured 27.3 x 19.2)! Banded Babies ~ 2 do; band ~ 7/7. 2002 12 March Lots of stores left. 12 April? Shall stores, none in a hole, though. 17 May 1100. Doug found a bird in last year's hole so I checked it: 4 fresh eggs. Measurements:
