1510. Bird in a hole in the (gulp) granary.
We're talking the 40' ladder, I fear.
13 May
1035. Bird in same hole. Assuming eggs were
fairly new on the 8th, this puts hatching
on or about 18 May and banding ~9 June.
23 May
900. Opened the new hole in the granary:
4 babies, ~10 do. Band ~2 June!
lots of stores here.
29 May
930. Banded the 4 kids (#3699-3702). All
in good shape
23 August Still stores - a fair number, in fact.

25 April
1200. Birds & stores here. None in a hole, but
birds hanging out by the granary.
26 May
1345. Lots of stores, but still no sign of a
nest.
28 Sept
820. Still stores here, presumably from last year.

5 March
1440. A few acorns left, but (literally only
a handful). Checked holes.
3 May
1140. Still a very few acorns, but none in
any holes.
10 May
1130. Bird in old hole up the side canyon (tag #1309).
1300. Checked hole: empty but in good shape.
14 May
1500. Bird in hole 1309 again: still empty.

900. Bird in hole 1309: 5 fresh eggs. (1) 23.6 x 18.4
